C- That the level of service efficiency exceeds the customer's expectations as much as possible.
D- The value of the service shall not be less than our fees.
e- To provide the service in a timely manner.
f- That the service is in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
3- To achieve the above, we plan for each operation, and take into account in the planning Process :
a - Not to do any non-essential business.
B - the needs and expectations of the beneficiaries.
C- Instructions of the relevant official authorities.
